Ms Man has worked at Autism Partnership Ltd. for over 10 years since her graduation as a Psychology major in England. Began as a Program Specialist, she has been trained intensively by Dr Ronald Leaf and associates, both in Hong Kong and Los Angeles in the application of ABA.  With the extensive experience gained working directly with children with autism, she was promoted to Program Supervisor whereby she was involved in case supervision and training therapists in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan office.  As our Associate Clinical Supervisor now, she is the Principal at Autism Partnership School in Hong Kong, overseeing school operation and training teachers at school.  She is currently completing the Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
